CONTRACT LAW & LICENSURE ISSUES
Our attorneys have drafted, revised and reviewed a variety of contracts, and have provided guidance and instruction of the ramifications of agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth therein. These contracts include employment, real estate, purchase agreements, notes on loans, lease agreements, and buy/sell agreements.
Our attorneys have extensive experience in defending those that hold professional licenses when career-threatening action is taken against them by the state licensing board. We counsel our clients with regard to the options before them, and how the case will proceed if it results in a hearing before a professional board. GUARDIANSHIP, ESTATE PLANNING & PROBATE
Our attorneys provide Estate Planning and Probate services to our clients when the time comes. We provide guidance and counseling with regard to Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Powers of Attorney. We have also acted as counsel to the Estate in the Probate proceedings before the Court, to assist in the wrapping up of affairs of the decedent.

Our litigators have served as lead counsel in a variety of complex litigation, including: general tort litigation, ranging from defense of auto accidents to that of environmental and mass tort claims, asbestos defense litigation, construction litigation, products liability actions, corporate litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, and other forms of complex litigation in both Federal and State Courts. The firm’s litigators have vast experience in both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts in Indiana, along with all Indiana County Courts.
